HPE has announced a new AI enablement program in collaboration with NVIDIA.

The program offers channel partners with competencies and additional resources across AI, compute, storage, networking, hybrid cloud, sustainability and enhanced HPE GreenLake offerings and capabilities.

The new partner program was released as part of its strategy with NVIDIA, which includes its new NVIDIA AI Computing by HPE portfolio – a collection of co-developed AI solutions and joint go-to-market integrations, one of which being HPE Private Cloud AI.

According to the vendor, these initiatives aim to create more opportunities to use HPE’s edge-to-cloud solutions.

The strategy includes AI workshops and competency programs that enable HPE’s enterprise partners to improve their AI skill sets through acceleration and skills development workshops.

Various competencies on offer through the program include HPE AI Solutions, HPE High Performance Computing (HPC) in the Enterprise and HPE Storage and Data Services.

Simon Ewington, vice president of worldwide channel and partner ecosystem at HPE, said these programs would help them with necessary tools and skills to navigate their AI journey and “tap into this massive market opportunity”.

“With our expanded collaboration with NVIDIA, our new AI skills-building program will enable partners to guide their customers in the development and deployment of new AI technologies that enable various use cases and deliver a competitive edge across every industry,” Ewington said.

HPE also made updates to its Partner Ready Vantage program, such as the HPE Aruba Networking Security Service Edge and HPE Solutions for Sustainability competencies.

There is also the HPE Financial Services (HPEFS) Partner Engagement Guide, which the vendor claimed gives partners tools to “capitalise” on HPEFS offerings, Powered by HPE GreenLake giving service providers an authorised badge and improved integration and services with HPE GreenLake.

The partner program changes follow the departure of Pat Devlin, senior director of South Pacific for HPE Aruba Networking, after five years in the role.
