Hyperautomation company Roboyo has appointed Ignasi Peiris as automation engineering manager for its Australian operations.

Peiris has been a part of the global Roboyo team since 2019. In 2023, Peiris was awarded UiPath Most Valuable Professional (MVP) for his outstanding contributions, innovation, and evangelism within the automation community.

In his new role in Australia, Peiris will focus on upskilling the expertise of the local automation practice and driving best practices for local businesses.

Peiris will work closely with the local UiPath community and his US and European peers. Additionally, he will continue to leverage technology through partners like conversational AI provider DRUID.

Dan Cooke, chief business officer at Roboyo Australia, said the Australian team had achieved double-digit revenue growth in the last year since Roboyo acquired low-code app services provider Procensol in 2022.

“Ignasi’s appointment further cements our capabilities as a major UiPath technology evangelist and enabler in the region,” he said. “The synergy between Roboyo’s strategic approach and UiPath’s powerful automation tools means that local businesses can achieve significant operational improvements and better overall outcomes.”

Cooke noted that Roboyo’s RPA and process excellence capabilities position us as the right partner for Asia Pacific organisations to drive hyper-transformation while providing 24×7 support through our global and local managed services team.

“Hyperautomation is a game-changer, as evidenced by the successful implementations we’ve achieved for large organisations in Europe and the US,” he said.

“We have seen businesses across different sectors drive efficiency, reduce costs, and elevate employee and customer satisfaction,” Peiris said.
