Credit: By extreme media getty Synnex Australia has entered a strategic partnership with Rewst, an automation platform designed for managed service providers (MSPs). The integration of Rewst’s platform with Synnex’s API will enable MSPs to automate time-consuming processes such as license procurement and reconciliation, streamlining operations and ensuring consistent service delivery, said Kuo Yoong, head of cloud at Synnex. “Automating these processes will enable MSPs to save significant time, allowing them to focus on high-value activities and drive substantial business growth.” Yoong said. “Rewst’s vendor-agnostic approach to RPA allows MSPs to automate processes across their entire technology stack, including integrations with our complementary vendors like Acronis, Halo PSA, Microsoft, and Google Workspace.” Charlie Tomeo, Rewst’s chief revenue officer, said MSPs will be able to automate end-to-end processes using pre-built automations or by designing their own custom workflows and forms. “We’re seeing strong interest in, and demand for automation solutions from MSPs in Australia and New Zealand,” he said. “Our platform supports over 900 MSPs globally in automating repetitive processes, leading to significant time savings and cost reductions.” Related content news StrategiQ AI launches to help MSPs combat AI services game StrategiQ AI has deep expertise in AI, cloud computing, cyber security, software and API development.
