Bluechip Infotech has added Nord Security’s business solutions to its portfolio for the Australian market.

The software developer behind virtual private network (VPN) service NordVPN, Nord Security was formed in 2012 and also offers business solutions in the form of password manager NordPass and secure remote access platform NordLayer.

The partnership between the two companies brings the latter two solutions to Bluechips’s network of channel partners in Australia.

Willy Harsono, alliances director at Bluechip Infotech, said the deal marked a “significant step for Bluechip Infotech in fortifying Australia’s cyber security landscape”.

Meanwhile, Justas Morkūnas, chief revenue officer at Nord, claimed partners like Bluechip are essential” to copy its business-to-business (B2B) success seen in other continents into Australia.

This is the latest security vendor to be added to Bluechip’s portfolio, with it signing a deal with identification security vendor One Identity in January.
