According to a statement from Intelliworx, the added product suite will benefit its clients on remote working solutions, claiming to provide an “unparalleled” experience. Shane Maher, Intelliworx managing director, said the MSP built up its relationship with Neat over the last year due to customer demand and staff feedback and is “really pleased to formalise the relationship”. “Our customers in the financial services, not-for-profit and professional services industries love Neat’s products as they create engaging and collaborative work environments for their increasingly remote workforces,” he said. “Meanwhile our employees love rolling the technology out because it’s simple from an implementation point of view, so this is the right relationship for our international expansion.” Meanwhile, Jason MacBride, Australia and New Zealand (A/NZ) regional director at Neat said that working with Intelliworx is “key” to expanding its reach in Australia, the United Kingdom and the United States. “Intelliworx shares our commitment to providing customers with richer, more meaningful and engaging video meeting experiences for their modern hybrid workforce,” he added. Founded in 2011, Intelliworx started out as a consultancy before moving into the MSP space over time. It announced its intentions to expand into the US in August last year with an office in Chicago.
