Credit: Anton Balazh / Shutterstock Synnex Australia has signed up professional service automation (PSA) platform provider HaloPSA to be its inaugural distributor in Australia and New Zealand (A/NZ). Through the deal, HaloPSA licences will be made available, which according to Synnex allow managed service providers (MSP) to “streamline and manage their IT operations effectively”. The platform’s features include time-tracking and billing, reporting, asset management, remote access, integrations and automation services. It also allows the management of service desk, sales and customer relationship manager (CRM), billing, reporting, assets and support services. Kuo Yoong, head of cloud at Synnex A/NZ, said HaloPSA complements its existing cloud solutions, such as Acronis, TeamViewer, Nitro, Microsoft and Google. “This alliance aligns with our vision, and we are delighted to welcome HaloPSA as our primary professional service automation solution,” he added. Morgan Aspinall, product manager at HaloPSA, said the partnership would result in improving MSPs across the region. “We are excited to partner with Synnex ANZ to grow and support MSPs in the region. This collaboration will empower service providers to deliver unparalleled service and support to their customers, while optimising their internal processes,” he said.
