For example, users can monitor how hardware spend stacks up to software and services with Westcon-Comstor, as well as compare growth and performance by vendor against industry benchmarks. The launch of the tool comes after the distributor launched its Bridging the Gap report earlier this month, which claimed more than half of respondents, at 56 per cent, said they need help with the practical use of data. “The holistic view and actionable insights of our Partner Insights platform helps partners to solve this challenge and enables them to identify new opportunities and drive customer success,” said Phil Cameron, managing director for Australia at Westcon-Comstor. Patrick Aronson, chief marketing officer and Asia Pacific (APAC) executive vice president at Westcon-Comstor, backed up Cameron’s claims. “We know from our research that many partners are wrestling with how to use the data they have at their fingertips to transform and grow their business and our aim in launching Partner Insights is to help overcome these challenges,” he said. “By providing a single source of truth for transactional data, we’re empowering partners to make more informed decisions, optimise their operations and compete effectively as they look to accelerate their journey to an everything-as-a-service (XaaS) future. We’re excited to be taking our data offering to the next level for our partners around the world.” Related content news Microsoft's A/NZ SMB channel lead Brad Clarke leaves Leaves his position after “after 17 rewarding years”.
