As part of the partnership, A2B will utilise Kore.ai’s conversational and GenAI solutions as part of its X-Ray service, which overlays an enterprise’s operating model with automation and AI. Meanwhile, Kore.ai’s XO platform applications use intelligent virtual assistants, optimising search functionality, can hand off to human agents and can manage a contact centre or help desk. “Our expertise extends across all aspects of effective transformation design and execution and we help companies not only re-engineer their digital operating model but also their human capital, in line with their business objectives,” said Anthony Giannoccaro, A2B CEO and founder. “Conversation AI has increasingly become a core part of our portfolio given the impact it can make on transforming human engagement within everyday processes. As a result, we always seek to partner with vendors who are the best in the market.” Paul Rilstone, Kore.ai VP for Australia and New Zealand, added that A2B was selected as a partner “based on their wealth of skills and experience in customer engagement and operational efficiency”.
