Dicker Data has signed cloud-based managed services automation software EcpPro to its distribution portfolio for Australia and New Zealand (A/NZ).

EcpPro is aimed at managed services providers (MSP), offering the ability to streamline repetitive tasks, integrate with application programming interfaces (API) to MSP service tools and allows MSPs to manage and purchase Microsoft licenses across various cloud solution provider (CSP) partnerships globally.

In a statement, Dicker Data said the partnership “signifies a strategic alignment of values and goals” and also includes a “suite of benefits that are crucial for the MSP community they collectively serve”.

Sarah Loiterton, general manager of Microsoft at Dicker Data, summarised EcpPro as a tool for MSPs “who want to simplify their cloud activities and increase their recurring revenue”.

EcpPro CEO Andrew Tucker claimed Dicker Data has a track record of “delivering value and support to MSPs” and is confident the distributor will help it grow its presence and reach and the region.

Dicker Data’s agreement with EcpPro comes a week after it formed an exclusive partnership with cloud migration services specialist TechClick.
