Also expands its offering set to include SAP RISE. Credit: Rod Gallagher (Discovery Consulting) Discovery Consulting has appointed Rod Gallagher as its CEO while also expanding its offering set to include SAP RISE. Gallagher’s addition to the solution provider, which uses SAP software for services across HR, payroll, finance, procurement and workplace safety, is considered to be a “significant achievement”, according to Discovery managing partner Alistair Elliott. On Gallagher’s appointment, Elliott claimed “his leadership will be instrumental in driving our business forward, with a keen focus on advancing SAP RISE initiatives for our customers”. “Rod’s extensive experience and expertise will undoubtedly elevate our capabilities and strengthen our market position,” he said. The combination of Gallagher’s role and the addition of SAP RISE is expected to provide the provider with the opportunity to expand its skill set. “Building on the market-leading position and trust Discovery Consulting has within the SAP marketplace, I look forward to working closely with our team and SAP to expand our offerings in the Australian and New Zealand markets,” Gallagher added. Discovery has been previously recognised by SAP at its Partner Excellence Awards, having won its Cloud Delivery Excellence award in 2022 and Partner Solution award in 2023.
