For the first time at EDGE 2024: The New Frontier, ARN and Reseller News will be hosting a diversity and inclusion (D&I) session, bringing together key female figures across the channel.

Spearheaded by EDGE Ambassador and founder Susan Searle, the D&I discussion will help industry leaders shape the power of maintaining and creating a diverse and inclusive leadership culture.

“In 2024, EDGE is mixing it up,” Searle said. “We are embracing important modern workplace strategies like sustainability and diversity and inclusion, alongside technology and business presentations and discussions.

“Companies thrive with diverse teams and leadership and D&I is a driving force for growth and increasing competitive edge. We are targeting female WIICTA winners and finalists amongst our partner lineup for EDGE 2024 and will host a breakfast D&I session to discuss creating cultures of inclusion and high performance.”

EDGE 2024: The New Frontier will be held Sunday 28 July to 30 July at the RACV Royal Pines resort on the Gold Coast, the Australian and New Zealand (A/NZ)-specific conference will unpack how fast-growth technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI) and data and an evolving cyber threat landscape are providing huge opportunities for the channel and what business leaders should do to keep ahead of the curve.

Attendees can expect the modern EDGE 2024 to have the most diverse line-up of speakers including global digitisation expert Nancy Rademaker. During her keynote address, Rademaker will deliver her vision on how technology advancements such as AI empower businesses to embrace innovation, offering actionable take-aways for business decision makers.

Founder, investor and advisor Kendra Ross will also share her entrepreneurial journey and what’s in store for the New Zealand cyber security market and beyond.

EDGE 2024 will pave the way in the technology ecosystem — converting questions into answers, ideas into game-plans and deals to be done, all while focusing on the technologies and business trends that are front of mind for customers looking into spending plans, pain points and outcomes.

Delivered in partnership with Tech Research Asia, EDGE Research will focus on the short- to medium-term opportunities ahead for the technology industry ecosystem, uncovering what makes end-users tick on both sides of the Tasman.

This is alongside insights into the purchasing patterns of organisations, key solution and investment areas.

On the flip side, immediate partner priorities will also be outlined from a business and technology standpoint, documenting commercial best practice, customer acquisition tactics and financial models of success.

Unique to the trans-Tasman technology industry, EDGE Research is designed to offer the clearest indication as to whether the ecosystem is aligned with the end-user market.
