Credit: Baden Graco (Logicalis Australia) Logicalis Australia has promoted services operation manager Baden Graco to head of transformation services. In the role, Graco’s focus will be on building up the business’ engagement model to exceed customer expectations via streamlining processes and leveraging domain expertise more effectively. The position also covers consulting, advisory, project management office and professional services and, according to the global technology services provider, reflects its “commitment to leadership and innovation in the digital transformation space“. Graco has been with the business since 2019 and has held a range of manager positions during this time. Prior to this, he worked at Asta, as well as McKenzie Aged Care Group and Infomedia in technology-facing roles. “Along with the significant investments Logicalis Australia is making in its product and technology functions, Baden’s role will be instrumental as we harness innovation in the delivery of customer outcomes that matter to them, ensuring improved time to value and relevance in a rapidly changing IT landscape,” said Anthony Woodward, CEO at Logicalis Australia. “Logicalis Australia is excited to welcome Baden and his fresh perspectives to his new role in the senior leadership team and the business more broadly, where his expertise will undoubtedly make a significant impact.” Graco’s promotion comes more than six months after the parent company promoted Wayne Haylett to lead the company’s Cisco practice globally.
