Canberra-headquartered systems integrator and IT consulting firm A23 has expanded into NSW after officially launching its Sydney office.

Having being founded in 2016, CEO Natalie Legg said A23 has delivered work in NSW already and therefore “it was the obvious next step in our expansion to invest” into the state.

“This is not just a story of expansion; it’s about strengthening and enabling businesses to be secure; we create that safe place,” she said.

While the integrator has an office in the city, A23 considers itself a hybrid employer and offers staff the opportunity to choose their preferred work setting, according to business operations manager Kirsty Randell-Sly.

To commemorate the launch, A23 held an event in Barangaroo attended by distribution and vendor partners.

“It is humbling to have so much support in Sydney from our friends across the industry; it really pushes me forward,” Legg added.

A23 offers solutions around cloud strategy and digital transformation for business applications, data and analytics, cyber security, digital workspaces, networking and infrastructure platforms. According to the firm, it is currently generating over $30 million in revenue annually and is targeting 75 per cent growth over the next three years.

A23’s Sydney office launch comes six months after Legg was promoted to CEO in December, taking over from Simon Metcalfe who took on the role of chief growth officer and was tasked with expanding into Sydney and Brisbane.
