Technology services provider Atturra’s managed service business has reached Cisco’s Gold provider designation.

The certification is achieved by demonstrating a high level of competency with building, provisioning, managing and supporting managed services built on Cisco technologies.

It claims it is “just one of a few sovereign Australian IT companies” to have earned the status and was earned after “stringent” third-party auditing of its services and expertise for the Meraki SD-WAN Powered Service, Cisco SASE network architecture and full-stack observability technologies.

“We are delighted that our investment in building out our capability in the provision of Cisco Powered managed services across functions, including our workspace and architecture practices, has been recognised and awarded,” said Chris McLaughlin, executive general manager for Atturra’s managed services business.

“This certification is testament to our ability to compete with global services companies with an expert team on the ground here in Australia with world-class skills able to deliver innovation and, ultimately, a great customer experience.

“At the same time, the relationship reinforces both companies’ business momentum which has seen Cisco’s global strategy shift in recent years to annuity-based services for which Atturra is one hundred per cent in lockstep to support and achieve mutual business success.”

Cisco Australia and New Zealand managing director of partner and routes to market sales Rodney Hamill added the designation was “a testament to their [Atturra] exceptional dedication as a Cisco partner”.
