Dicker Data has been named as the preferred business-to-business distributor for Samsung Electronics in Australia.

The extended partnership will cover Samsung’s rugged devices, smartphones, tablets, accessories and mobile security solutions.

Samsung’s smartphone and tablet solutions are now available immediately to partners from Dicker Data Australia.

“We are honoured to have been selected as Samsung’s preferred open channel B2B route to market for smartphones and tablets in Australia. Samsung has a rich history of innovation and creating technology solutions that improve business capability and efficiency,” said Vlad Mitnovetski, Dicker Data executive director and chief operating officer.

“As businesses increasingly prioritise remote productivity and exceptional customer experiences regardless of the location, there is a significant opportunity for our more than 10,000 channel partners to help their end-customers deliver outstanding digital experiences from anywhere at any time.”

According to Dicker Data, the distributor was selected after a rigorous review process, overseeing the portfolio from January 2024.

Rob Taylor, head of B2B Division and mobile experience at Samsung Electronics Australia, said the vendor was happy to deepen its partnership with Dicker Data.

“With Dicker Data’s customer-first approach and extensive experience in the Australian market, we feel they are perfectly placed to bring our mobile products, including rugged devices, smartphones, tablets, accessories and Samsung Knox mobile security solutions to their extensive channel network,” he added.
