Personal computers and printing giant HP is to launch a series of advanced artificial intelligence (AI) masterclasses for partners developed by NVIDIA.

Named the Future Ready AI Masterclass, the training program will be available to all partners with classes tailored to individual roles.

Meanwhile, “one of a kind, advanced” training developed by AI chip maker NVIDIA will be open to certain partners. This will focus on data science, as well as AI, according to Kobi Elbaz, general manager of HP’s global channel organisation.

“We are already using AI to help you and the product portfolio that we are going to bring is AI-enabled,” he told partners during the vendor’s annual Amplify Partner Conference in Las Vegas.

“[NVVIDIA] are developing a one-of-kind- channel training in data science and AI,” explained Elbaz. “We are going to make sure there is more training available to all of us to capture the opportunity in the market.

The Future Ready AI MasterClass will sit alongside the launch of a new HP Amplify partner benefits named Growth Play, which will focus on AI data science. These benefits build on HP’s More for More and Fast Lane benefits which launched at last year’s conference.

“But when it comes to AI, we want to make sure we all upscale our skills. We all need to be ready in understanding this,” Elbaz said.

“In this era of AI, there are going to be many complexities we will need to navigate. It is important during this time we work with companies and partners we trust.

“We know we have a long history of trust and partnering together. Thanks to this trust, we can unlock this opportunity in the market altogether.”
